You must be: 1.) A newly hired (i.e., within 45 days of your Hire Date) Full-Time or Part-Time (i.e., working 17.5 or more hours per week) Federal Employee; or, 2.) A current Wright Basic Term insured who had a salary grade increase in the last 60 days, residing in the United States to apply. See Plan Details for a complete description of Eligibility.
You can download, complete, and return the signed application to the plan administrator at the address listed on the form. Be sure to answer all questions on the application.
